Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the nursing unit and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner

- Manage the daily operations of the nursing unit

- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed

- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is coordinated and effective

- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

- Participate in the hiring and training of new nursing staff

- Evaluate the performance of nursing staff and provide feedback as needed

- Ensure that the nursing unit is adequately staffed at all times

Requirements

• Active nursing license LVN or RN
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail
