The Opportunity

Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time
Location: East Bay Post Acute
Pay: $36.00–$40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care

• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

• Provide compassionate support and education to residents and their families

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license in good standing

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Commitment to providing outstanding resident-centered care
