LVN - Home Health

We're hiring two LVNs for a home health role with a family-run agency that actually treats you like part of the team.

You’ll cover one of two areas:

  Beverly Hills / Culver City / Mid-City / West LA

  Santa Monica / Venice / Pacific Palisades

  You’ll do home visits, about 30 per week if full-time

  You get paid per visit:

    $40–$45 per visit in Beverly Hills/Mid-City

    $50–$55 per visit in Santa Monica/Venice/Palisades

  Full-time = $6,000/month (based on 30 visits/week at $50/visit)

  You’re not on your own—admin answers your calls

  Schedules are set up clearly and realistically

  Visits are clustered by area (not all over LA)

  Provide skilled nursing visits in the field (wound care, med admin, patient teaching, etc.)

  Chart your visits on time and stay compliant

  LVN license (California)

  
  


• 
  

  At least 1 year of home health experience

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation
