Our Home Health Agency is expanding, and we’re seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our dedicated clinical team!

Position: LVN – Home Health

Locations: Huntsville

Schedule: Flexible / PRN / Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay: Competitive rates

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Complete assessments, wound care, and medication management

Collaborate with care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Deliver compassionate support to patients and families

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Texas LVN license

1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred but not required)

CPR certification
