Position Summary:

Under the guidance form the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Process Reviewer maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the environment is up to standard as well as the Nursing care plan and policies and procedures are followed.   The Process Reviewer assures the implementation of the assessment plan, intervention, and evaluation of the plan of care for the patient population.  The Process Reviewer audits process and patient records for compliance.  May provide information to regulatory bodies, such as the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), DNV and to other local, state and federal entities. 

Qualifications:

Graduate Accredited Licensed Vocation Nursing program or equivalent.

The Position requires strong administrative skills and knowledge of Nursing Standards.  The individual must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, be dedicated to the provision of quality patient care, and use sound judgement in decision-making.  

Currently licensed by the State of California Board of Vocational Nursing with Current American Heart Association BCLS certificate.
