Responsibilities
Caregiving Duties:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide medication reminders
Observe and report changes in client condition
Maintain accurate client documentation
Office Support Duties:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
Support caregiver staffing and shift coverage efforts
Maintain employee and client records
Perform data entry and document management
Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
Support administrative projects and office operations
Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience preferred
HHA, CNA, PCA, or related experience welcomed
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional phone etiquette
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideal Candidate
You are compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy both helping clients and supporting office operations. You can transition smoothly between providing hands-on care and assisting with administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
