M3 Sr. Finance Consultant [28445]

We are seeking a highly skilled M3 Sr. Finance Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in M3 Finance support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infor M3 on-premises, thorough knowledge of the M3 database, and extensive experience with AP, AR, GL, FA, and taxation modules. The role requires proficiency in handling support requests across L1, L2, and L3 levels, along with a readiness to work in shifts as needed. A Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 4-6 years in the finance domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for Infor M3 Finance, handling L1, L2, and L3 support requests efficiently.
Manage and resolve issues related to AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), and FA (Fixed Assets) modules, ensuring compliance with taxation regulations.
Maintain and troubleshoot the M3 database to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and reporting requirements.
Utilize the Smart Data Tool for building and uploading financial reports.
Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting, particularly within the Food & Beverage sector, with a preference for protein-related costing.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members and end-users as required.
Work in shifts according to project needs, ensuring continuous support and service availability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience as an M3 Finance Support Consultant.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor M3 on-premises.
Proficiency in M3 database management.
Expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA, and taxation modules.
Demonstrated experience in handling L1, L2, and L3 support requests.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the finance domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in financial reporting and Smart Data Tool usage.
Knowledge of costing within the Food & Beverage industry, with a preference for protein-related experience.
