**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an M&A Controller to oversee all financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions within our organization. The M&A Controller will be responsible for financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial reporting.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in mergers and acquisitions
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and M&A best practices
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisition targets
- Develop financial forecasts, models, and valuation analyses
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration of acquisitions
- Prepare and present financial reports and findings to senior management
- Monitor post-acquisition financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations related to M&A activities.
