Hours: 6AM-4:30 PM

Summary:

Responsible for the overall assembly and debug of the Cintas Garment Machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares work to be completed by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.

• Assembles sheet metal and components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Operate certain types of hand power tools/equipment necessary to complete the assembly of the garment machines i.e. impact wrench, impact drivers, hand drills, sander, etc.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
• Resolves assembly problems to meet specifications; notifying the Operations Supervisor for direction and approval.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma, and/or Equivalent. Machine assembly experience preferred, willing to provide onsite/on job training for those qualified candidates with good work ethics.
