Seeking Machine Builders in the Livonia, MI Area!!!

An advanced Robotic and Automation company in the Livonia, MI area is seeking Machine Builder for long-term positions with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Machine Builders looking for a company that offers excellent pay, medical benefits, and a good work/life balance!

Machine Builder rates are anticipated to be in the $25-32/hour based on each candidate’s experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours.

Qualified Machine Builders should have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

3+ years of recent / relevant Machine Building experience.
Basic math skills (“shop math”- basic fractions, decimals, reading a tape measure, etc.) and solid skills using basic tools.
Basic machining skills are important- able to use mills, saws, grinders,
Basic hand tool skills including micrometers, calipers and indicators.
Experience with tolerances.
Able to read blueprints.
Open to 25% overnight travel - mostly within 12 hours of Metro Detroit.
