Machine Maintenance Associate

A prestigious manufacturer in Jackson, MI has openings for associates in the Maintenance department on 2nd shift.    The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic. 

Responsibilities include repair of machines, continuous improvement activities, troubleshooting machine problems, assisting with quality circle activities within the maintenance department and assisting the production lines where needed.  Must be willing to do both mechanical and electrical work and be willing to help the team achieve their goals.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and Journeyman’s card within the trade or documented 8 years of specific experience within the trade.

An industrial background with knowledge of PLC’s, an understanding of and ability to modify ladder logic for trouble shooting and improvements,  CNC experience with a working knowledge of AC/DC circuits and mechanical abilities required.
