Machine Maintenance Tech

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all production equipment and systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to unplanned outages and perform necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and CNC systems.
• Identify and source necessary parts and services for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in special projects as assigned.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and company standards.
• Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive outlook.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, CNC).
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all company protocols.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a supportive team environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
