Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to oversee the operation of our high-speed filling and bottling machine. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate performance of our automated equipment while proactively identifying and addressing issues before they impact production. Your ability to think on your feet and maintain high standards of quality and safety will be essential to the success of our production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor high-speed filling/bottling machinery to ensure consistent and accurate output.

• Set up machines at the beginning of shift and perform changeovers as needed.

• Inspect machine output and product quality throughout production.

• Identify and address potential mechanical or product issues before they escalate.

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.

• Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly.

• Maintain accurate production and downtime records.

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1+ year of experience operating high-speed machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
