Machine Operator

EnviroTech Molded Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain large molding presses, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large molding presses to produce parts according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to detect issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of presses and related equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Schedule:

12-hour Rotating Night Shift, 6 pm to 6 am

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu

Pay:

Starting: $17-$20, depending on experience (opportunities for increases within first 3 months)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating large molding presses preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Basic math skills and the ability to measure and inspect parts accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
