Machine Operator

Ascentec is hiring! We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Tualatin! This is an excellent "foot in the door" opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude/skills and attention to detail. Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

This position is on site (not remote/not hybrid) at our Tualatin, Oregon facility and not eligible for Visa sponsorship. 

Job Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to: 

• CNC setup and operation

• teach tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly 

• Read prints and inspect parts for conformance, typically +/- .005 tolerance· 

• Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges

• Trade school and/or at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
