Position Overview:
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator for a reputable machine shop in Joplin. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in CNC lathe operation and G-code programming who are looking for long-term career growth. The CNC Lathe Machine Operator will work with multi-turret lathes and Fanuc controls to produce precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC lathes to meet production requirements and quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to perform precise machining tasks.
• Program and adjust G-code to ensure accuracy in part production.
• Inspect finished products and perform quality checks to confirm dimensional accuracy.
• The CNC Lathe Machine Operator will collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls is required.
• Proficiency with G-code programming and multi-turret lathes.
• Reliable work history and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
