Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. (some Saturdays as needed)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Machine Operator C to support evening shift production in Tulsa. This role involves setting up and operating chop/band saws, drill presses, plasma machines, stamping machines, and shear/brake equipment. The Machine Operator C will also use measuring tools to ensure materials meet requirements, while keeping safety, accuracy, and quality as top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, work orders, and schematics to plan and complete tasks.
• Assist with setup and operate a variety of shop equipment.
• Review production orders for accuracy, method, and required materials.
• Ensure components are produced accurately and meet specifications.
• Advise supervisors of production status and issues.
• Assist with complex assembly projects.
• Train new machine operators as needed.
• Operate computer consoles to record time, labor, and production functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machines.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to safety.
