Job Description:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines to meet production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production schedules

- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning and identify any malfunctions or defects

- Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain quality and productivity

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process

- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and any other relevant data

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow and meet production goals

- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Familiarity with various types of machinery and tools

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Basic math and computer skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
