The Production/Machine Operator performs all tasks involved in the production of our custom printed laminated card products by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: This position will be part of a team to operate the complete digital printing card production cell including laminating, die cutting, packaging, and shipping.

• Setup and operate a sheet fed laminator and automatic die cutting line
• Understand and setup variable data jobs using imposition software and data base tools
• Feed and /or unload product from production equipment
• Package, label and ship product
• Use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, moving, and manipulating materials
• Use control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines
• Inspect product for flaws
• Record information according to established policies and procedures
• Assist with unloading and restocking inventory
• Assemble, label, and examine boxes to ensure packing specifications are met
• Remove completed or defected products, placing them in specified areas
• Operates any equipment needed to perform job
• Aid in facility cleanliness; interior and exterior
• Performs related duties as needed by supervisor

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, or lift for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Adobe InDesign
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or current pursuit of such required
