Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Foam Machine Assistant to join a manufacturing facility in Verona, MS. This role supports foam production operations by assisting with machine setup, monitoring product quality, organizing finished materials, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail\-oriented, and able to stay productive during both active production and downtime. This position requires strong teamwork, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with blocking up machines for foam pours and preparing equipment for production
  


• Measure foam “buns” accurately and apply correct tickets and markings
  


• Load and unload foam materials as needed
  


• Monitor product quality throughout production
  


• Maintain organization of materials and work area
  


• Routinely sweep and clean foam debris to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
  


• Support machine operators and production team members
  


• Follow all safety and production procedures
  

Requirements

• Eager to learn and take initiative
  


• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
  


• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts as needed
  


• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or construction experience preferred
  


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  


• Ability to work well in a team environment
  


• Self\-motivated — able to stay productive with minimal supervision
  


• Steel toe boots required
