Machine Operator

Now Hiring: Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire) – Guilford, CT

Revere Staffing Partners is actively hiring a Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing client in Guilford, CT. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule and long-term potential.

Pay:
Starting at $18-$19/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Perform visual inspection of labels and materials for defects
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and first-in/first-out (FIFO) processes
• Monitor and review product quality throughout production
• Accurately log production data into computer systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow instructions from the Production Leader and adhere to safety standards

Requirements:

• Prior machine operator experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking production
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
