Machine Operator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain die-cutting machines, ensuring accurate production to customer specifications.


• Perform job setups based on job tickets and instructions.


• Monitor equipment performance, identify malfunctions, and perform basic troubleshooting.


• Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.


• Inspect materials and products using tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Manufacturing experience (preferred).


• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.


• Strong attention to detail, technical ability, and a positive work attitude.


• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
