Whether you have years of experience or are just getting started, we want to hear from you. Our industry-leading training program will help you develop the skills you need to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure safe and efficient line performance
• Set up machines at the start of the shift, making adjustments as needed for different products or packaging
• Perform quality checks to confirm products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance
• Assist with minor equipment cleaning and changeovers to keep production on schedule
• Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals
• Follow all GMPs, Food Safety, and company safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right candidate)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing safe, high-quality food
• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills
