Machine Operator / Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator with manufacturing and forklift experience to join our production team. If you have experience operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintain production quality.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and team initiatives.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience required
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and gripping.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection.
• Steel-toe/composite-toe footwear required on the production floor.
