Machine Operator Level 1

Employee demonstrates the ability to run a variety of parts and execute the start/stop function safely, efficiently, and in a manner conscientious of quality. Must be able to work unsupervised.

The operator is able to follow work instructions on a variety of parts using tools such as tape measure and calipers. He/she does not allow rejects to escape the area and immediately reports and/or addresses any failures.

Demonstrates and explains proper use of WSI and has an understanding of each step. Demonstrates adherence to each step of the WSI, and provides feedback when process cannot be performed to WSI.

Is able to write legibly and record accurate information on all paperwork real time as parts are being produced

Following all WSI and safety guidelines, is able to efficiently remove parts from machine and restart.
