Machine Operator (Loader I) - 1st Shift

Schedule and Pay:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday & Saturday OT required as needed

Salary Grade C

$19.90 - $23.00

Additional $1.00 Paint Pay

Job Summary:

The Loader I is responsible for unloading cabinet components from finish line conveyor, inspecting products and sending to the next step in process.

Job Duties:

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of nomenclature and product knowledge to facilitate the accurate as well as efficient reading of paperwork.


• Inspects components for color, accuracy, defects, proper elements, etc.


• Unloads conveyor belt and transfers components to one of multiple locations depending on product type and next step in the process.


• Performs rework or repairs as time allows.
