Machine Operator - Lugging - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Identify proper placement of small parts on bands and attach parts using tack welding process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify proper placement of buccal tube, bracket, or lingual attachment and tack weld to band


• Measure angulation on comparator to ensure proper placement


• Inspect parts for quality


• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous manufacturing experience preferred


• Proficient math, reading, and computer skills


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Must be able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time for up to 8-10 hours per day


• Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time for up to 8-10 hours per day


• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
