Machine Operator (Manufacturing) - 2nd Shift

Description

• Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA 
• Starting Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour
• Shift Details: 4:00 PM - 2:20 AM (Core Hours)
• Monday - Thursday
• OT as needed
• Full Time / Direct Hire

• Quarterly Profit Sharing – Eligible after 1 year of service

• Operating: lasers, punch press, stamping press
• Basic machine set up
• Loading & unloading of material
• Manufacturing of programmed parts
• Disassembly and assembly of machines
• Maximizing efficiencies in changeover necessary regarding tools, equipment, jigs, carts, etc.
• Completing finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule along with adherence to all quality standards by producing products which align with the print specifications
