Machine Operator (Swing Shift)

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our exceptional company that designs and manufactures high-end commercial and residential products such as fire pits, water features and planter containers. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating a band saw, metal sheet rollers, press brake, and a warehouse forklift. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, results focused environment where quality and accuracy requirements are high. Physical labor is a requirement of this position; candidates will be on their feet all day operating machines as well as lifting, moving, and assembling parts. Qualifications & Skills 

• Experience operating a band saw, metal sheet rollers, and press brake is preferred.


• Must possess basic mathematical skills (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).


• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of dimensions, angles, and radiuses.


• Ability to use a caliper and taper measure.


• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Duties 

• Read and analyze work orders, blueprints, production schedules, as well as other records and reports.


• Ensure the quality meets or exceeds the company’s standards.


• Physical labor is a requirement of this position. Ability to work on feet all day and lift up to 75 pounds four feet in height.


• Operate machines including a mid-size metal sheet roller, a band saw and a press brake.


• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.


• Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position. 

Pay & Schedule 

• Swing Shift: Mon-Thur from 4:30 pm-3:00 am.


• Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands. Occasional Friday shifts, which will be overtime.


• $18-$22 base pay per hour, DOE. Plus a $2.00 per hour swing shift differential.
