The Opportunity
We’re looking for Machine Operators (Trainees) who are eager to learn a skilled trade. This is an on-the-job training role where you’ll develop the hands-on skills needed to run high-end finishing equipment. Prior experience isn’t required - what matters most is your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and desire to grow.

🕒 Shift

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM - $0.75/hr differential (training on 1st shift)

What You'll Learn & Do

• Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance
• Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
• Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
• Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions/job tickets
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Positive, team-oriented approach and eagerness to learn a trade
