We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator / General Labor Helper to join a leading heat exchanger manufacturer in Tulsa. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is dependable, trainable, and ready to start their career in manufacturing. As a Machine Operator / General Labor Helper, you’ll support various departments, assist with production tasks, and learn to operate equipment under experienced guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a helper and floater supporting multiple departments.

• Assist with machine operation and production tasks.

• Learn to operate equipment such as plasma machines, drill press, and brake press.

• Accurately read and interpret tape measurements down to 1/16 inch.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow direction and training from experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Entry-level and trainable with a positive attitude.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.

• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
