Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up equipment and make basic adjustments during production runs.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load raw materials and monitor material flow.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and work areas.
• Maintain accurate production and quality-control records.
• Follow production schedules and meet established productivity requirements.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Work closely with supervisors and other production team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with production work.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and manufacturing procedures.
