What You’ll Do:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in a safe and efficient manner  
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards  
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger ones to maintenance  
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with food safety guidelines  
• Work closely with team members and shift leaders to meet production goals  
• Accurately complete production documentation and logs  

 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (food industry preferred)  
• Forklift certification preferred – ability to operate sit-down forklifts is a big plus!  
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs during your shift  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety  
• Team-player attitude and good communication skills  
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, cold/hot environment depending on the season
