Machine Shop Lead - 3rd Shift

Description

We have an opportunity for an individual with strong machining skills and demonstrated leadership ability to assume the role of third shift lead in the Petro-Chem Machining department. This position coordinates daily operations in the machining area including personnel activities, adherence to schedules, ensuring safety and resolution of production problems in the department. This position will also perform production machining duties as needed and oversee the tooling and supplies needed to support production operations.

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership abilities are required, preferably combined with formal supervisory education and/or experience in a lead or supervisory role. Strong shop math, manual machining experience and machine problem-solving skills are also essential. Solid communication and PC skills are required.
