Are you a mechanical engineering expert with experience in stamping technologies?

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to be part of a cutting-edge automotive manufacturing project?

We are urgently looking for a Machinery Engineer to support daily operations and project coordination in an advanced automotive press shop in Kragujevac.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly progress meetings with the plant team, engineering, and suppliers

• Manage and regularly update project planning and timelines

• Supervise execution of daily technical tasks according to schedule

• Validate invoicing milestones and control supplier performance

• Resolve technical issues quickly to avoid time or cost impact

• Coordinate internal and supplier activities related to machinery and installations

• Support the implementation of new digital tools in the press shop

• Oversee remote control systems for furnaces, presses, and laser cells (Hot Stamping)

• Support the deployment of die change optimization processes

• Assist with spare parts codification and system organization

Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of cold stamping and hot stamping technologies

• Strong mechanical understanding of press machinery and mechanization

• Proven experience in project coordination and reporting

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, process data monitoring, and smart manufacturing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Apps

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams

Languages Required:

• English – fluent (mandatory)

• Serbian  – a strong plus
