Job Summary:
As a Production Machine Operator at Panther Ammunition, you will play a crucial role in safely operating various machines and equipment involved in the production process. Your attention to detail and adherence to specifications will contribute to the production of high-quality ammunition.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery, including priming, loading, packaging, and similar equipment, according to prints and specifications.
- Ensure production of the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Utilize precision tools to measure finished parts, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of units produced, including identifying and documenting any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
- Inspect equipment before use, performing basic adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Experience in operating CNC machinery or other manufacturing equipment
- Hands-on proficiency and understanding of machinery operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and optimize processes to enhance overall production efficiency.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of and ability to comply with applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or completion of a related apprenticeship program preferred.
- At least one year of related experience is required.
- Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Must be fluent in English.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, use tools, and perform repetitive actions involving frequent bending and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect produced parts.
