Machinist

BCUS is currently recruiting for the position of a Machinist.  The machinist role is responsible in fabriating precision parts for equipment form sketches, drawings, and/or blueprints.  This role will perform a variety of duties, standardized assignments, and projects of basic to moderate complexity, uising some independent judgment and established procedures and policies.

Qualified candidates should possess the following combination of Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Vocational or technical education is preferred


• One or more year's experience as a machinist in a shop environment or equivalent combination of position related education


• Basic experience using manual machines (lathers, grinders, and etc.)


• Strong mechanical aptitude


• Willingness and ability to work effectively in both shop and field environments


• CNC software experience preferred but not necessary
