Candidate to have at least 5 years previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries familiar with inspection processes and basic quality standards
Ability to measure, mark, and verify dimensions of finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards
Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and feeds/speeds to optimize production and accuracy.
Keep equipment clean and in proper work order, clean work environment.
Record production data, job progress, and inspection results.
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and inspectors to resolve machining or design issues.
Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness
Strong teammate skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Able to lift 25 pounds regularly.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Must be adaptable to a constantly changing environment and perform well under deadlines.
Experience and Education:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Must demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new skills effectively.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $25.00/ hour to $30.00/ hour
