In this role, you will be expected to identify and use proper tools, gages, and equipment for the process. It\u2019s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential\u2014and where you can help us reach ours. \n \n\u2022 Edit and create Computer Numerical Controls (CNC) programs \n\u2022 Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments, such as micrometers or vernier calipers \n\u2022 Set up, adjust, and operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations \n\u2022 Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operations needed to fabricate products \n\u2022 Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards \n\u2022 Required to operate multiple machines in various machining work centers \n\u2022 Make offsets based on inspection of parts in accordance to print specifications/instructions \n\u2022 Download \u0026 edit programs from network system (DNC) into the machine \n\u2022 Monitor and edit the feed and speed of machines during the machining process. \n\u2022 Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, indicators, and various other measuring instruments \n\u2022 Assist Quality and Engineering teams with problem solving and troubleshooting for new or existing product development \n\u2022 Responsible for troubleshooting and general maintenance \n\u2022 Perform other related duties as assigned and follow general housekeeping (5S+) standard and autonomous maintenance tasks \n\u2022 Identify and manufacture proper fixturing needed to complete the machining process \n\u2022 Identify proper tooling needed to complete the machining process \n\u2022 Interpret print datum structure and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD\u0026T)\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications: \n\u2022 Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution \n\u2022 Minimum 5 year of experience interpreting engineering prints, CNC Machine experience, machine set up experience, including tool touch off\u2019s and fixture installation \n\u2022 Or Journeyman\u2019s card in CNC machining or Tool \u0026 Die \n\u2022 Able to program or ability to learn programming language G\u0026M and Mazatrol coding \n\u2022 Must be able to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift with or without reasonable accommodations \n\u2022 Must be able to lift 44lbs with or without reasonable accommodations \n\u2022 Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. \n\u2022 No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
