Enwork is looking for an experienced Machinist to operate HAAS Metal vertical milling machines for production.

Responsibilities:

· Manufacture product in a team environment to fulfill customer requirements.

· Ability to create programs to manufacture parts per blueprints/drawings.

· Ability to make fixtures when necessary.

· Performs routine preventative maintenance of machines when necessary.

· Troubleshoots equipment

· Ensures proper machine setup and accurate interpretation of prints and specifications to produce products correctly.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Ability to operate different metal manufacturing machines (e.g., HAAS, Emmegi)

· Prior machining and programming experience.

· Program out of CAD, Autodesk Fusion.

· Experience in set up, tooling, and calibration and running of CNC machines .

· Ability to Select proper fixture and tools for machining

· Quality craftsmanship with a good eye for detail including inspection of finished components.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering prints.

· Exceptional problem solving skills.

· Teamwork mentality to drive continuous improvement.

· Maintaining a clean and efficient area.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.

· Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach throughout the entire shift.
