Machinist Trainee - 1st Shift

Description

We are looking for a Machinist Trainee to join our team! In this role, you will set up rough castings in lathes or other machines and operate them independently to perform rough machining work to precise tolerances. Efficiency and attention to detail are essential.  Training is mandatory and cannot be refused, making this a great opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in the machining trade. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work with limited supervision to production standards and requirements
• Availability for shift work and overtime required
