Description of the Role:

The Macomb Caregiver at University Home Care will be responsible for providing assistance and support to patients in Macomb, Michigan. They will help with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Additionally, they will provide emotional support and companionship to patients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and help with feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands

Requirements:

- Valid certification as a caregiver ( not required)
- Proven experience in caregiving (not require)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience
- Ability to lift and maneuver patients as needed ( not necessary)
