As a Server, you’re not just taking orders—you’re running the experience. You will:

Requirements

You Might Be Our Person If You…

• Connect easily with people and communicate clearly
• Bring a positive, team‑first attitude (ego stays at the door)
• Thrive when things get busy
• Have basic math, reading, POS/computer skills, and common sense
• Understand food, drinks, and hospitality—or are ready to learn fast

Physical Requirements:

• Bringing an energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift 
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Walk and stand throughout shifts; remain at assigned stations during busy periods
• Perform tasks requiring continuous movement, such as reaching, bending, and carrying trays
• Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (per state law)

Licenses and Certifications:

• The specific licenses and certifications required may vary depending on the location and local laws. However, some common certifications for Servers include:
• ETIPS (or similar alcohol training program to ensure responsible alcohol service.)
• A.B.C. Certification
• It's important to note that the required licenses and certifications can vary depending on the jurisdiction.
