Job description

The Mail Clerk at Albert & Mackenzie will ensure that all mail is processed timely and in accordance with firm policies.

Primary responsibilities:

Process outgoing mail through the postage system and bill accordingly
Dropping off mail at the post office
Inbound mail
Scanning/Uploading
Returned Mail
Process CD’s & USB’s Content
Processing Bulk Document Content
Other tasks as assigned

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and work well under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have pride in work product. This is a fast-paced position that requires critical thinking skills, and the ability to problem-solve.
