We’re seeking a Receiving Specialist who will be responsible for unpacking, organizing and processing the items delivered to the Central Processing Center for the purpose of selling on EBTH.com.  This role will be full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING

• Verify inbound shipments and ensure accurate inventory scanning upon receipt of goods. 
• Unpack and organize inbound shipments. 
• Maintain organized receiving and inventory control functions for the Cincinnati market.
• Record and report any damaged items upon delivery. 
• Assist curation and content with preparing items for processing, sorting items into saleable lots. 
• Deliver prepared inventory into the appropriate processing line. 
• Work in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or auction house environment. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Basic understanding of warehouse or processing management systems. 
• Computer proficiency is essential.
• Ability to move / lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a set production schedule to align with business needs, while being willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if business needs require.
• A team player mentality with an ability to work independently.
