Mail Processor

Adecco is seeking a candidate to fill a Mail Processor position in Scottsdale, AZ In this role, you will be responsible for performing digital printing on large production-class printers, folding and inserting printed materials into various envelopes using large-class inserter machines, and handling other mailroom functions throughout the day. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment to meet sensitive time schedules and involves dealing with sensitive healthcare information. Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Pay:

$18.56 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform digital printing on large production-class printers.

Fold and insert printed materials into various envelopes using large-class inserter machines.

Verify print jobs based on received documentation.

Print, insert, postage stamp, and communicate completion within defined time frames.

Execute other mailroom functions as required.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE MAILROOM/SORTING, AND LARGE SCALE PRINTER/ PRINTING EXPREINCE TO QUALIFY

Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF, Outlook).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Required Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to balance compassion and kindness with professionalism and customer service.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Details:
