Mail Services Floater Associate - Excellent Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of duties such as, but not limited to; Sorting and delivering mail, shipping, meeting/event set up and support services, reception services, stocking and maintaining of various supplies.
• Ability to commute to location in and around the greater Chicagoland area.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Able to communicate effectively with different types of people throughout all levels.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Can work successfully individually or in a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possesses a "can do" attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Can stand or be on feet for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation.
