Mailroom Associate - Hiring Urgently

We are looking for a Mailroom Associate responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Receiving, sorts, and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail; receives, sends, and distributes packages, and courier deliveries and pick-ups; prepares outgoing mail as needed.
• Assisting with processing returned mail; assisting with identifying proper recipient for unclaimed mail and other deliveries.
• Filing original records and other paperwork; retrieving records and files upon request.
• Printing and Scanning checks for a deposit for Escrow and Commission teams.
• Maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track incoming/outgoing mail and UPS invoicing.
• Maintaining the relationship and accounts with pickup and delivery couriers (UPS, US Government Client, FedEx, etc.).

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, TEAMS, and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail required.
