Mailroom Document Scanner

Key Responsibilities:

• Use high performance scanners.


• Perform high-speed, high-volume production tasks, such as scanning documents.


• Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams, and resolve other simple malfunctions as needed.


• Some Data entry.


• May require occasional lifting, standing, walking, and bending.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.


• Minimum of 1 year office related experience.


• Computer knowledge


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.


• Ability to work independently or within a team.


• Consistent attendance and timeliness.


• High attention to details.


• Time management skills.


• Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On Site, In person

Salary: $14.50 per hour
