Mainframe/Cobol Lead

Candidate should be having the following technical skills.
· Strong in Mainframe technology (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, File-Aid, SPUFI, QMF, Xpeditor Tools, IBM Debug, version control tools etc.)
· Strong analytical, design and programming skill
· Strong in converting functional requirement into technical requirement document.
· Strong in complex batch and online debugging.
· Project management tools
o JIRA
o SharePoint
o Service Now
o Remedy
o Confluence
o Qmetry
o View Bill
· Good understanding/Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
· Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Customer facing experience.
